Code Review
This pull request removes the flutter-github-client codelab. The changes involve deleting the entire github-client directory and its subdirectories, which contained the source code for the codelab across its various steps. Correspondingly, references to this codelab have been removed from the main README.md and from the CI scripts (flutter_ci_script_beta.sh, flutter_ci_script_main.sh, flutter_ci_script_stable.sh). The changes are consistent with the goal of dropping the codelab and appear to be complete and correct. I have no comments on the changes.
